  • Building permit in June

  • 6' tall fence between homes on Venture
  • Regrade the property (Build up)
  • 14 months to occupancy
  • 95 units, 103 parking stalls
  • 2 staff members
  • Taylor house may be renovated towards the middle of the project

Main street bike lanes

  • Master plan includes many types of alternate transportation
  • 700 south to 1700 south goes to 3 lanes (10'/6'/13'/14'/13'/6'/10')
  • 1700 south to 2100 south goes to 3 lanes (8'/6'/11'/10'/11'/6'/8')
  • Project to start in September/October. Undetermined where project will begin. Probably will last a week.
  • Add 40 miles of bike lanes through the city
  • No existing North-South bike route through this area
