Development
This is a great program from the city to improve and maintain the
existing housing stock. The have a variety of programs from low
interest loans to outright grants. It is oriented to folks that are on
fixed or lower incomes. This is a chance to significantly help your
neighbors and make a tangible impact on our neighborhood. If you know
of anyone in the neighborhood that might qualify for these programs,
talk to them and bring them to the meeting. There will be lots of
literature.

Bi-annual election nominations. This is your chance to serve on our
illustrious board of directors. A positions are open and we need
qualified board members. Nominations are accepted this month with the
election next month.
By-laws- We are considering updating our by-laws. The discussion to
be led by Bill Davis / chairperson
